Injunction Hearing & Dissolution of Marriage - Client had a Domestic Violence Injunction issued against her for allegedly striking her husband. As a result, her children were given to her Husband. After our firm was retained, the Domestic Violence Injunction was dismissed and temporary custody of the children was given to our client.
