We were successful in obtaining an Emergency Child-Up Order requiring the father to immediately return the parties three children to the mother.The father had taken the children out of school for three days and was hiding them from the mother contrary to the court’s custody order.The mother also had been having difficulty getting the father to comply not only with visitation but producing financial information to obtain a child support.We were able to get the case in front of the judge and the father was ordered to immediately comply. |
