Client allegedly was arguing with his girlfriend while staying at a local hotel. Security and management went to the room because of the noise. The client allegedly pushed a manager and attempted to leave. When law enforcement arrived, the client allegedly caused a disturbance in the hotel lobby and was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct. At trial, the battery charge was dropped. The client avoided any possible conviction or penalties (such as probation or jail) for the disorderly conduct, by agreeing to pay a small fine. |
