Officer claimed client was driving erratically and drove on to the raised median. Client then allegedly crashed into the back of a car at a traffic light while officer was conducting the traffic stop. Officer observed signs of alcohol consumption and arrested Client for DUI. Client then allegedly refused a breath test, resulting in his license being suspended. We were able to win back his license through DMV, and then got the DUI and Careless Driving dropped. The client accepted a plea to Reckless Driving only. |
