The police were called by a fast food restaurant employee about a possible drunk driver. The police allegedly found the client sleeping behind the wheel and claimed she was very intoxicated when they talked to her. Client was arrested for DUI (with a prior conviction) and had her license suspended for allegedly refusing to take a breath test. We challenged the license suspension and were able to set it aside, getting the client’s driver’s license fully restored. In court, we set the case for trial, prompting the State to drop the charge. The client’s license was reinstated and the DUI charge was dropped. |
