Client found Sleeping in his car in the parking lot of a convenience store. Police could not wake the client and had to have Fire & Rescue open the vehicle. Police claim the client appeared intoxicated once they had contact with him. After field sobriety exercises, the client was subsequently arrested and refused a breath test, causing his license to be suspended. After we filed several pre-trial motions, the State dropped the DUI and the client pled to a Reckless Driving. We also won a hearing at DMV to have our client’s license reinstated. |
