Client stopped for driving over the median and swerving. Client admitted to drinking and taking prescription medication. After field sobriety exercises, client was arrested for DUI and allegedly refused a breath test. At trial, the state dropped the DUI charge and the court dismissed the ticket for crossing the median. The client pled to Reckless Driving.
