County Circuit and County Court, Felony Driving While License Suspended (HTO): Client was arrested for driving while having a 5 year HTO suspension. We successfully had the grounds for the HTO suspension overturned by the courts, causing DHSMV to remove the suspension from her record. In the meantime, we were able to have her criminal charge dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor. Ultimately, the state dropped the criminal charge completely and the client was able to obtain a valid driver license. |
