Client was accused of stealing prescription medication out of packages from his workplace. We were able to get the client into a diversion program that would have led to his case being dropped. However, the client was kicked-out of the program for reportedly using drugs. Ultimately, the client pled to a reduced charge of Misdemeanor Theft. The court with-held adjudication, and the client only had to pay restitution and court costs of less than $700. |
